OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF HAWAII WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY. CONTEST IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS AND VOID OUTSIDE THE STATE OF HAWAII AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

ELIGIBILTY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Hawaii who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the times of entry. Employees,
contractors, directors and officers of Sponsor Times Supermarkets, Big Save Markets and Don Quijote and Administrators or any of their subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, parent companies, retail locations, suppliers, distributors, sweepstakes material suppliers, promotion or media partners, printers of sweepstakes materials, advertising, promotion or any other agencies or entities involved with this promotion (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and members of their immediate families (including spouses, parents, grandparents, children, siblings or spouse of any of the foregoing; biological, step or in-law) or households of any of the above, whether related or not, or those acting on behalf of a government entity are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to all decisions of the Sponsor/Administrator which are final and binding in all respects.

- Tag three of your friends or family.
- Must be 18+ and a resident of Hawaii to enter
- Contest ends Wednesday, February 5, at 11:59 pm. No purchase is necessary.
- For an additional entry, share the Big Game Grindz post on your story and tag @timessupermarkets. If your account is private, switch it to public during the promotion or DM @timessupermarkets a screenshot of your story.

WINNER SELECTION: One (1) random drawing at the end of the sweepstakes period will be conducted to determine the prize winner. The random drawing will be conducted on or about February 6, 2025 by the Administrator whose decisions are final, binding and conclusive in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The Drawing will be conducted at a location and in a manner to be determined by the Administrator. The winner must be able to accept their prize as outlined in these Official Rules. All prizes are expressly limited to the items listed and do not include any other accessories, services or expenses. The winner is solely responsible for all expenses not specified in the Official Rules. The winner will be issued a 1099 federal tax form in the amount of the approximate retail value of the prize awarded as stated in these Official Rules. Taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the prize Winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

WINNER NOTIFICATION VERIFICATION OF WINNERS: The Administrator will contact the potential Winner via the information provided in the entry form, within one (1) day from when the drawing was conducted. The potential winner will be required to contact program administrator and acknowledge prize acceptance within 3 days of being notified of prize winning. Upon claiming prize, the winner must complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited) which must be returned prior to taking possession of the prize. Failure to respond to prize notification and accept prize within the required time period will result in the prize being forfeited and awarded to an alternate potential winner. All Entrants must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements of the Official Rules. If any potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within the required time period, or is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor/Administrator may, in its sole discretion, award the prize to another entry and the same verification procedure described herein will apply to the subsequent potential Winner.

Total retail value of each prize pack is approximately $200.00. Prizes have no cash value and cannot be substituted.
